This Privacy Policy applies to the Espresso Mechanic app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by PCHELKA TOV collectively referred to as the “Application”. PCHELKA TOV is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The Application is designed as a maintenance documentation and technical reference utility. It helps users catalog espresso machines, record service logs, manage maintenance intervals, document pressure and temperature calibration readings, and keep equipment notes organized.
No registration
The Application does not require user accounts, login, sign-up, registration, authentication, profiles, dashboards, or protected user areas.
No personal data collection
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it.
Information obtained by the Application
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information through normal use. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Data Retention
PCHELKA does not retain personal data from normal use of Espresso Mechanic because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal data.
Service records, machine profiles, maintenance intervals, bookmarked machine references, pressure readings, boiler temperature readings, replacement notes, cleaning records, unit preferences, safety check states, and app settings are intended to remain locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Retention summary
No personal data is retained by PCHELKA through normal app use. Local records remain under the user’s control on their own device.
Data Deletion
Because Espresso Mechanic does not collect or store personal data on PCHELKA servers through normal use, there is no server-side personal data to delete.
Users can remove local app data by using available in-app clearing tools where provided, resetting app storage through device settings, or uninstalling the Application. If you contact PCHELKA directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided information by contacting the Service Provider.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the Application alone.
Security and breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it may hold.
If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided outside normal app use, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Technical-use notice
Espresso Mechanic is a maintenance documentation and technical reference utility. It does not replace qualified espresso machine technicians, manufacturer instructions, electrical safety procedures, pressure-system safety, certified servicing, or professional repair judgment. Users should follow all manuals, safety standards, and expert guidance before performing technical work.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions may be made available upon request.
